In 2024, Tobi set out to establish a US$100M Climate & Sustainability Fund focused on Southeast Asia—mobilising capital into solutions that drive climate resilience, circularity, and regenerative development. That same year, he relocated to Bali to embrace a more balanced, semi-retired lifestyle while continuing to build and support purpose-driven ventures on the island.
Tobi anchors his work around six core value pillars:
Entrepreneurship • Education • Sustainability • Wellness • Innovation • Property
He also currently serves as CFO to the Zenergy Longevity Group, a world-class wellness and lifestyle resort project in Candidasa, Bali designed around longevity, circular systems, and low-impact living.
He is also being the co-founder of Bali Property Financed, a venture that provides innovative seller-financing solutions for Bali’s growing property market.
Above all, Tobi’s primary mission is raising capital for regenerative real estate developments in Bali—projects that honour community, culture, nature, and long-term planetary health.
Tobi is also a strong advocate for holistic well-being, and he draws inspiration from yoga, mindfulness, psychology, travel, and lifelong learning. His life and work reflect a powerful blend of purpose, adventure, and unwavering commitment to a healthier planet and a more conscious future.
